Becoming a Trainee at Riverside Equestrian Center
What do you need?
- You need to be dedicated, motivated and fit have a love of animals and looking to have a career with horses.
- As
Riverside is aiming to produce coaches and riders of the highest
standard it is a requirement that you meet a minimum riding standard
before you are accepted into the training scheme.
- You need to be willing to learn and accept challenges.
- You must have a current driver's license and a means of transport.
- You must have a current first aid certificate.
What will you have to do?
- You will be working and training full time on a shift basis a Riverside.
- You
will be involved and trained in the day to day management of a
professionally run riding school, first class adjistment center and
elite competition stable.
- You will be trained and involved in taking group and private lessons for beginner to intermediate level riders.
- You will be involved and trained in the riding of riding school and privately owned horses.
- You will have to undertake the theory components of the sponsored coach training via a written correspondence coarse.
