We are very proud that three out of the six members of the QLD Elite Squad are "Riverside Riders".
Congratulations to Jayden for winning the following trophies:
- Ricky MacMillan Qld Emerging FEI Rider
- O.M.Nunn Medium & Above Young Rider of the Year
The term has started and riding lessons are back into full swing. The coaches at Riverside have planned out the term so that the lessons are informative and fun.
Sarah Bell has made an exciting new purchase in the form of her beautiful new mare Jaybee Avril. Avril is an elegant free moving mare and we are sure that Sarah will enjoy loads of success at the Dressage shows.
Mandy Finnimore has also bought a lovely new gelding by the famous dressage sire Jazz. Jazzbo as he is known has already started his competition career placing in a recent Young Horse class at Toowoomba.
Our coaches Phoebe and Megan are planning to start there show season soon with their exciting young horses Paris and Wilbur.
Leonie Bramall has been back in QLD and her clinics were a fantastic success. We are glad to say that Leonie will be visiting QLD on a regular basis which will be of great benefit to all. We miss you Leonie!
Jayden is still in Germany but has booked flights back in March so we hope to see him again soon.
Mrs. White had a fall (from her shoes..not a horse!) and broke her leg! She has remained in great spirits despite being confined to a Wheelchair for the last few weeks.
Welcome to Caroline Sprengel who has been a student of Jenny’s for many years. Caro has returned to Riverside to help with the coach education program. Caro is studying for her level two coach’s accreditation. Caro has been a level one coach for several years and her students have been very successful in their chosen fields. Caro’s attention to detail and structured approach is a great asset to all of us here at Riverside.
