Claire Laycock
Claire joined us mid way through 2007 and has brought a myriad of skills with her.
Claire began her traineeship at Riverside in 2007, and completed it in 2008. She has achieved the Certificate 3 in Sports Coaching (Equestrian), with the relevant Certificate 4 competencies. In addition, she holds the Equestrian Australia NCAS Introductory Coach qualification, and plans to gain the Level 1 (General) qualification in January 2011.Despite a previous incarnation as an Eventer (including working for International 4* event rider Kevin McNab), Claire has come to truly love Dressage. Indeed, she intends to go as far as possible in Dressage and Show Jumping, as both a coach and rider.
In addition to her equestrian qualifications, Claire holds a Bachelor of Science with the University of Queensland, is a practicing, qualified Kinesiologist, and has completed one year of yoga teacher
training.
